Bath Crystals

This product comes as a bag of almost snow-white bath crystals, packed with magnesium. You can put one-quarter cup of crystals in your bath water and soak in it for 20 minutes. This way you can get the much-needed magnesium into your body. You can also add a quarter cup of these crystals, plus a teaspoon of prill water, to your DOL, as this will add more magnesium to your skin when you spread it over your body - let it absorb for 15 or 20 minutes and then shower or bathe. This is very refreshing and soothing.

Jim recommends that you add ¼ cup of the Bath Crystals to your bath and this is equivalent to the 12 ounces of Magic Oil that Shealy was using as references in his book. From about 4 cups of crystals that ship in the bag, you will get about 14 to 16 baths and a huge amount of magnesium into your body. This is the best value on the Twilight order form for magnesium. Jim suggests that one-teaspoon of Magic Oil and ¼ cup of Bath Crystals in the bath water gives a synergistic effect.

If you are concerned that much of the magnesium will just go down the bath drain, be aware that most of us are seriously magnesium deficient, and within 5 minutes we will have soaked up every bit of magnesium in the bath. Jim said that if we could see the process that goes on, it would seem like our body was a huge magnet and the magnesium were iron filings.

Bath Crystals are very cost effective. Jim formulated the DOL (Dollop of Love) for people who don't have the time necessary to soak in a bath, or who prefer to shower. Thus, they have the option of rubbing the Dollop all over their body and in about 10 to 15 minutes they will have soaked up all of the magnesium in the Dollop and then they can just jump in the shower, wash it off and go about their busy lives. Considering that there are about 7 treatments in a bag of the Dollop, at the member price of about $5 each, or case price of about $3 each. DOL is considerably more expensive per treatment than the Bath Crystals but people who will only take a shower can get the large doses of magnesium directly through the skin into their cells.

Bath Crystals are an excellent source of magnesium. They can be used in the bath or for soaking your feet. Add a quarter cup to your bath water and relax for at least 20 minutes.

For a foot soak, add two tablespoons of the Bath Crystals to Prill water that has been heated just right for your feet. A plastic dishpan can easily be used for this purpose. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes each time. The magnesium is absorbed into the body through the feet.

You may be tempted to use Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate, which in concentration can be toxic to the body). Twilight Bath Crystals are based on Magnesium Chloride.  They are the solid form of the Magic Oil, full of Life Force, totally safe.  It is not recommended to mix Bath Crystals and Epsom Salts.

I have been taking the heavenly baths with the crystals and the magic oil. I find that if I go more than a few days without a bath or at least a foot soak I start feeling yucky. The last few times after taking a bath, I woke up the next morning with horrible muscle cramping that seems to have gotten progressively worse. It is usually gone by the time I get up and move around. I am assuming that it is just my body adjusting to the magnesium - but I am wondering if it would help to take some calcium before going to bed or would this make it worse? Anyone know?

I forgot to tell you all what happened with my 3 year old son a few weeks ago. One afternoon he woke up from his nap and felt very hot all over. I don't have a thermometer, but as time went by it was obvious he had a fever. He started getting very uncomfortable and wanted me to hold him. My usual remedy is to use essential oil of peppermint but I was out! I didn't want to take any chances so I sent my husband to the store to get some children's aspirin. My son kept wanting to lay down with me so I decided I had better get him to drink something before going to sleep. He didn't want anything, I just happened to have some juice, and since this is a teat for us I
finally talked him into it. I had the thought to spray some magic oil with his juice, I think I put about 5 sprays and he drank it up. Within a few minutes he was acting normal again and playing, and his fever was gone by the time my husband got back from the store (the store is 3 minutes away) I don't know what magnesium has to do with a
fever, but it seems to have worked.

Also, I remember reading somewhere that Jim suggested taking the magic oil internally if you have problems with any of your digestive organs. And seems to me that it would all be absorbed by the cells (wherever it is needed) before even reaching the kidneys.

I have had Candida for many years. The symptoms have come and gone as I have gone through many self treatments, but have never been able to completely rid myself of it. Looking back into my research, I came across a few interesting things. One doctor had said that people with Candida are not getting enough magnesium, and that this affects the digestive process- not being able to produce the right enzymes or acid to digest their food properly. Also another doctor claims the cause of Candida to be the inability to assimilate calcium.

So.... it seems the best thing I could do would be to work on getting my magnesium levels up with the Twilight products. I feel that I should also be taking the magic oil internally, and am going to start experimenting with this. i have not seen mention anywhere of a recommended amount to take internally. I realize that I will have to figure out what works best for me, but if I am going to be aggressive about this and taking "a lot", would a lot mean a few
teaspoons a day or a few tablespoons a day or more?

Thanks, Love Jenn
