I attended the very first meeting where Twilight was launched in Tacoma, WA in October 2001. Since then I have been busy helping Twilight grow, spreading the good news and product information.
Jim Carter has been making the Prill Water for about 15 years and the magnesium products for about 10 years. Because he has a desire to live a long, long time and play on this Earth, and because his research data shows we only have about two years left on the planet until it is highly probable that it will not longer be able to sustain life, Jim decided to do what he could about it. So he set about to start a "mission" to clean up the water.
It wasn't working fast enough, so he decided to put his products on a network, since networks are a good place for the news to spread. Jim states in his literature that comes with product that if we are willing to help him spread the news and help clean up the water, then he is willing to pay us for that.
His intentions were and are PURE, I assure you. However, since he has been taking the Prill Water, magnesium products and Magic Water, his leg that was injured when he fell from a tree at age 10 has gone into growth mode three times. This is a painful process for him because when he was injured he did not have his total growth yet. His hip and leg was crushed badly enough that the one leg was shorter. Now the legs are even. He thinks he is not finished growing yet because the injury affected his entire growth pattern.

Why do I mention this? Because shortly after Jim launched Twilight, the bone in the injured leg started growing again. This time with a "vengeance." The bone was growing and the muscles were stretching. At times this was very painful for him and he was "out of commission" for about two months.
During this time, two men from Texas came by to help with the computer set up and data entry. Jim could not really oversee this very well, since he was in so much pain and at times could not even move. Soooooo, it seems these guys took off eventually with the database and some dollars they happen to get their hands on. So this put Twilight back where it started two months or so before.
For this reason, Twilight was not able to respond to membership or get bonus checks out when they wanted to because the database had to be re-created. So, now Twilight has hired several new people to help get things caught up. They are just about there.
This week some bonus checks are going out finally for January and February. The March bonus checks should go out last of April or first week in May. At least this is intention. After this, Jim says they should be able to keep up with things. Bonus checks go out a month or so AFTER the month for which they are being paid.
The website will be up, hopefully the Newsletter will be soon, and the flow of communication and updates more readily available to all. Give it time. There will be some tapes and more information available soon. Jim reminds us that the company is only six months old and has been through some troubled waters, but LOVE remains and the products remain.
Last Thursday in the Yelm meeting, where he was on the phone with us, he emphasized that TWILIGHT is here to stay, and that there will ALWAYS be enough product. He is grateful and excited about the growth and progress.
The Twilight products have been getting stronger since the network was launched. WHY? Because as we use them, we grow more loving with that intent and the love is growing and returning to the Star Chamber where these products are created. Jim also reminds us that our negative energy comes back there too and has to be neutralized.
So in closing, I ask you all to let there be love. Where other feelings come up, all you have to do is CHOOSE love and the switch inside the emotional body has to go back to love. Lets send the loving energy to Twilight and to that water that needs cleaning up. It IS working.

I spoke with Amy, Jim Carter's daughter and office manager for Twilight. My main purpose was to ask how the bonus checks were coming along. Amy reported that something had happened to the program or computer, and that now the entire information of orders, genealogy, etc. is being re-entered. This will delay the checks, but it will still not be long, as two people are working solely on that project to complete it ASAP.
THE GOOD NEWS IS:
You know of the past tampering with the database at Twilight while Jim was in agony, growing a longer leg. Amy told me that they discovered that the data had not been accurate that was entered before. This will give them AND us an accurate genealogy and bonus payment.
Those who already received bonus checks, may find that you will get more payment for the period covered on those checks. That will be included when the process is complete and checks finally out.
PLEASE EVERYONE, SEND LOVE ENERGY AND BLESSINGS TO TWILIGHT AND THE COMPUTER AND THE FOLKS WORKING DILIGENTLY TO GET EVERYTHING CAUGHT UP.
ALSO: Jim Carter says FOUNDERS will be getting a letter from Twilight soon. Any updates on that, I will also send you when I get my letter.

May 25, 2002 conversation with Jim Carter on the phone:
1. ALL bonus checks, covering Jan-March were mailed on Wednesday, May 22, 2002.
2. Jim has hired a well-known National company, named JENKON
to do the Twilight computer work. JENKON is a much used computer service
for many network marketing companies, as this is their specialty. They
will be generating our bonus checks and genealogies.
3. April bonus checks should be forthcoming within two weeks or so.
After that, bonus checks will be on schedule, being sent out on the 15th as
planned now.
4. Twilight is soon to be GLOBAL. Please do not ask me how
soon. It will be announced when it happens.

6. CLARIFICATION on Twilight meeting in Tacoma, WA, Sunday, June 9, 2002 at King
Oscar's Motel: JIM WLL BE THERE IN PERSON.
7. About adding a source of electricity to Magic Water: If Magic Water
absorbs a certain amount of a positive charge, it turns into PRILL water.
If you add more, then it becomes common water.
8. If you get too much detoxing going on, cut back on the use of the
Twilight products, the baths with it, etc., and just use some Sea Snow as
directed to help pull the toxins out.
9. If you need to reach Twilight because of a situation with your order,
you can FAX or WRITE about your order as you have been doing. No one is
ever going to be at Twilight answering the phone all day long to just talk with
people about their ills, etc. The website should help with the
communications you have been wanting.
10. THE PRILLS & LAUNDRY APPLIANCE SPECIALS expire on JUNE 8, 2002.
After June 8th, the Laundry Appliance will be $200. Both the Laundry Appliance
and Prills will be priced so bonus can be paid on both items. Jim did not
have a price at that time on what the Prills would be, other than $50 for one.
Jim Carter's products have been around for some time. His association with Dr. Shealy is a chapter of the past, as I understand it now. Jim put his stronger and some of his new products on a network he calls Twilight in order to spread the word fast enough, hopefully, to clean up the water, so we can still have an environment in two years that can sustain life here.
To put products on a network, you have to have something maybe better or stronger than what others have been given before. He does claim this; that everything we have through Twilight will ALWAYS be the best he can offer.
About some of the wordage. In the book, "Cell Wellness Restorer" was a form of Magic Oil that AIM company sells. Magic Drops are another form of Magic Oil, Magic Gel I think is something you get if you leave the Crystal Cupcake in one quart of water for 40 days and 40 nights. All Jim has said about this that I have heard is that it is NOT magnesium. WHAT is does, I am not sure.
Shealy's Magic Water type products are so called because Jim Carter has a copyright on what Twilight products are called. What is in a name is the situation, I suppose. Jim still claims anything Dr. Shealy has is not as strong as what we can get from Twilight, no matter what anyone calls them.
The term Yinergy is a name that Jim and Dr. Shealy coined in the beginning of their association. It refers to the female Life Force Energy or the Yin energy.
As for me, I don't care what is stronger or who has it. My mission is to help clean up the water and to get my body into the fourth dimension, which these products are certainly helping me to do.
Anyone can purchase from Dr. Shealy and try his products and find out for yourself what they are for you. Jim has let his products go far and wide simply because we don't have a lot of time to clean up our bodies, our water, our planet and I add, "OUR LIVES."
