Start with a bag of Precious Prills and get started cleaning out your body's water. Move from that to Magic Oil, getting it on any aches, pains or maladies. Also, use it for your bath with Bath Crystals, and if you take showers instead of baths, get some DOL and start using that. By then you can start using your intuition. All the products are great and amazing.
Jim Carter says if you bathe in this for a month, it would be the equivalent of about 3 trips through the Star Chamber.
Pour a gallon of Prill Water in your bath tub. Start running the water, and make it as warm as you can handle.

In the book "Holy Water, Sacred Oil" Dr. C. Norman Shealy makes many references to people using 4, 8 or even 12 oz of Magic Oil in a bath and getting amazing results. The present Twilight product called Magic Oil comes in a 4 oz. spray bottle, and has as much magnesium in it as 4.7 gallons of the product Dr. Shealy refers to as Magic Oil or Yinergy Oil. Jim Carter explained that the cost of shipping one gallon of Magic Oil was so high that the Post Office was making more profit than Jim Carter or Dr. Shealy. When Jim Carter formulated his products for Twilight, the one gallon bottle of Magic Oil was replaced by the bag of Bath Crystals. The bag contains as much magnesium as the one gallon bottle of Magic Oil. The bag has about 3.5 to 4 cups of crystals and Jim recommends that we use about 1/4 cup per bath. Each bag will yield enough for 14 to 16 baths.
People serious about elevating their magnesium, and their DHEA level, elevated need to buy a case of 12 bags of Bath Crystals. Jim Carter has confirmed that adding 1 teaspoon of the Magic Oil to your bath is equivalent to adding 3/4 cups more of the bath crystals. If you are concerned that much of the magnesium will just go down the bath drain, be assured that most of us are so seriously magnesium deficient, that within 5 minutes you will have soaked up every bit of magnesium in the bath. Jim said that if we could see the process that goes on, it would seem like our body was a huge magnet and the magnesium was iron filings.
Jim formulated the Dollop of Love for the significant number of people whose life situation or preferences do not permit the time necessary to soak in a bath, or who prefer to shower. They have the option of rubbing the Dollop all over their body and in about 10 to 15 minutes they will have soaked up all of the magnesium in the Dollop. They can step in the shower, wash it off and go about their busy lives. This is more expensive per treatment than the Bath Crystals.
Regimen as practiced by David:
Spray Magic Oil onto any area that requires extra attention and rub it in. Put two gallons of Prill water or use the Laundry Appliance in your tub and start filling it with hot water. While the tub is filling, add 1/4 cup of the Bath Crystals and 1 teaspoon of the Magic Oil. Spreading the Dollop on your face, and other areas you want to moisturize. The combination of the Magic Oil and the Dollop in your hair will likely cause your hair to come to its natural color. Soak in this bath for about 20 minutes and at the end wash the Dollop and Magic Oil out of your hair.
Regimen as practiced by Lori:
Start filling a tub with Laundry Appliance in it, or add 5 gallons of Prill water. Add 1/2 cup of Bath Crystals, 1 oz of Magic Oil, 1 tea spoon each of Sea Snow and Snow Crystals. Soak in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Apply Sea Snow on areas of your body that require extra deep tissue cleansing.
This regimen will not work for everyone, but if your life style and budget permits, this way you elevate your magnesium levels fast. Jim Carter says that as soon as you are taking in more magnesium that you are losing, you have stopped the aging process and have started getting younger. If you continue the process, whether you go fast or slow, eventually you will all arrive at the same point as others who are staying with the program - feeling about age 23 again. The aches and pains and conditions that came with aging will start fading with the wrinkles.
